Our master jump rope trainer partners with your school's physical education instructor and delivers a comprehensive jump rope workout for K-5 students to enjoy. The activation takes the place of gym class for up to 5 days. Students will be exposed to single and double dutch jump rope games, along with plyometrics and calisthenics. On the final day we will have a fitness assembly where all students will meet in the gymnasium for a fun-filled showcase to demonstrate the skills and drills they've learned throughout the duration of the residency.
