MORNING WELLNESS WORKOUT (MW²)
A school program designed to release energy of students before school begins. A circuit training, four station fitness course that challenges the body and awakens the mind.
Our Adaptive Learning Program provides training for individuals who have a unique learning capacity. This fun fitness class is designed to improve the motor skills of youth with physical and cognitive challenges. Children that are physically unable to jump can still participate by learning to turn. They will be introduced to the basic form of two ropes moving simultaneously. Students will gain confidence, footwork and coordination.
A youth performance group that will serve its school by providing double dutch jump rope entertainment.
We have twenty-five minutes each day to improve students’ brain function, social interaction skills and self-esteem.
Your group will enjoy 6-9 weeks of fun fitness curriculum. This clinic is a community outreach program that serves the needs of individuals within non-profit organizations, and other partnering business entities.
