MORNING WELLNESS WORKOUT (MW²)
A school program designed to release energy of students before school begins.  A circuit training, four station fitness course that challenges the body and awakens the mind.

Programs

JR HIGH/ HIGH SCHOOL JUMP ROPE CLUB 

An after school class where youth learn the simple skill of single & double dutch jump rope along with moderate strength and conditioning skills.  This is a weekly, 60 minute program. 

​OPERATION RECESS (OPR)

A play initiative constructed to bring recess for public and  private schools back to life.

The Double Dutch Challenge

A one-of-a-kind family fun fitness activity where youth and adults are taught, by POTR coaches, in seconds “how to” enter into the double dutch jump rope on the first try. This interactive jump booth activates crowds anywhere it goes! ie.  shopping malls, schools, churches, fairs and more.  Accomplishment Guaranteed.

RESIDENCY TRAINING

A 12 hour workshop spread across 2-5 days wherein our trainer will master teach a jump rope class and share the benefits of jumping rope.  The clinic will substitute for regular gym class.      

School Programs 

Energy Release Program

A weekly program provided for youth service organizations ie parks, after school care, etc. that consists of 15 fun fitness games and activities that contribute to the overall well being of the organization's members.
